Project Outline

Standing out in a saturated market

Not many people jump for joy when asked to make financial plans. It feels boring and uninteresting - lifeless, some would say. Benjamin Mitchell knows otherwise. Our financial health and future is central to making the most of life. So how could we breathe life into the world of financial planning?

Clarity & Story

The first piece we needed was a name. 'Headsup' alerts people to their future financial situation while hinting at money landing favourably. We also suggested a subtle shift in language to help Benjamin have more engaging conversations with clients. He's not simply a financial planner, he's a 'financial life planner'. Rather than starting conversations with spreadsheets and interest rates, he could now start with what excites clients most – their lives and aspirations.

Design & Touchpoints

We created a visual identity and suite of illustrations that playfully connected financial prudence with life ambitions. The result is a modern, friendly, and unique identity system.

Result

Benjamin got a complete story and messaging guide, visual identity system with bespoke illustration, and website design advice.

"Incredibly useful, not only from a branding sense, but from an overall business planning perspective." - Benjamin Mitchell, Headsup
